VIT CHOKLADSKORPOR

SKORPOR MED VITCHOKLAD

100 g smör
2 st ägg
1.5 dl strösocker
5 dl vetemjöl
1.5 tsk bakpulver
1.5 dl hel sötmandel, grovhackad
100 gram vit choklad, grovhackad

  1. Sätt ugnen på 175 grader.
  2. Smält smöret och häll över i en bunke och rör ner äggen.
  3. Blanda de torra ingredienserna med sötmandel och vit choklad och vänd ner det i bunken.
  4. Forma degen till 3 längder och lägg dem på en plåt.
  5.  Grädda dem i mitten av ugnen i cirka 25 minuter.
  6. Ta ut dem och sänk temperaturen till 125 grader. Skär längderna i 1 centimeter tjocka skivor och lägg tillbaka dem på plåten.
  7. Torka skorporna i mitten av ugnen i cirka 15 minuter.Stäng av ugnen och låt skorporna stå och torka i eftervärmen tills ugnen kallna
