  4. I do! Ännu efter mer än 15 år. Fantastiska människor, socialt begåvade, kreativa, handlingskraftiga och där flertalet har en förenat och STORT intresse. Att vi dessutom arbetar med en KUL produkt gör det extra roligt, vi säljer inte Telia (etc) precis …

    Sen är det tidvis en jobbig bransch att arbeta. Den är så väldigt sårbar av yttre faktorer som vi inte kan påverka. Som klimat, ”osäkerhet” och händelser i hela världen – inkl. i Sverige. Det är ibland svårt att arbeta i en så sårbar verksamhet. Å andra sidan är det ALDRIG tråkigt. Vi måste vara ”på tå” hela tiden. När något HÄNDER är det inte action som att försöka vända försäljningssiffror med annonsering etc. Då innebär att lokalisera och transportera X antal TUSEN kunder människor, ragga transportmedel – som inte finns – etc. Detta ex. från när vulkanen bråkade …
    Ibland tänker jag på att jag ”borde” byta, för att prova något nytt (efter 15 år). Men jag har så väldigt svårt att tänka mig att jag kan hitta en bättre arbetsplats. Igår fick jag/vi ett tackmail från en kollega som pensioneras. Liksom många i vårt företag jobbar merparten MÅNGA år (jag är fortsatt en Rookie med mina 15 år …) och det slår mig att det inte förvånar mig om jag jobbar kvar till pension. Eller nää, kanske inte … Borde jag inte prova något nytt?! Så svårt. Det måste i så fall vara ett Fantastiskt bra företag OCH produkt. Hard to find …

Jag har världens bästa jobb, men får hålla mig till morgonkaffe 😉 Vi alla på jobbet är delägare av vårat BVC, vilket gör att vi bestämmer saker tillsammans. Alltså ingen chef som säger till en vad man ska göra och inte. Vi jobbar ju såklart uppdrag, men det är ingen lång beslutsväg för att tex köpa en ny skrivare. Behöver vi en, kollar vi finanserna och köper en, som den finns på plats samma vecka. Inga beslutsordningar, mellanavdelningar etc!
