Idag ska det visst hållas disco i vår källare…då vi har en liten kille som fyller 9 år imorgon.

Källaren är pyntad med diverse glitter och kakorna bakades igår.

E gillar inte tårta så det var kladdkakor beställda så det var bara till att baka igår.

Gjorde en ny variant av kladdkaka med kokosbotten, säger bara oh my good…

KLADDKAKA MED KOKOSBOTTEN

Ingredienser

Kokosbotten
50 gram rumstempererat smör
2 st ägg
1,5 dl socker
200 gram kokos
1 tsk vaniljsocker

Kladdkaka
100 gram smör
2 st ägg
3 dl strösocker
1,5 dl vetemjöl
5 msk kakao
2 tsk vaniljsocker
1 tsk bakpulver
Gör så här

1. Sätt ugnen på 150 grader.
2. Smörj och mjöla en rund form som är ca 25 cm i diameter.
3. Rör ihop alla ingredienser till kokosbottnen. Tryck sedan ut smeten i den runda formen, se till att den ligger jämt över hela bottnen.
4. Börja med smeten till kladdkakan. Smält smöret och ställ det sedan att svalna av medan du vispar ägg och socker pösigt.
5. Rör ner det smälta smöret i ägg- och sockerröran.
6. Blanda de torra ingredienserna och rör sedan ner dem i smeten.
7. Häll smeten för kladdkakedelen på kokosbottnen, sprid ut den med en slickepott om det behövs, så att den täcker hela bottnen.
8. Grädda i nedre delen av ugnen i cirka 35 minuter. Kakan ska inte vara helt fast/färdiggräddad. Låt svalna helt innan servering. Baka den gärna dagen innan den ska ätas.
