Igår hade vi ett riktigt kak kalas här för födelsedagsbarnet.

Och allt var hembakat förstås, det var kärleksmums, kokostoppar med vitchoklad doppade i lakritschoklad och kladdkaka.

Fina kakfatet från Green Gate inhandlades också.

KOKOSTOPPAR MED VIT CHOKLAD DOPPADE I LAKRITSCHOKLAD

50 g smör
2 ägg
1 dl strösocker
5 ½ dl kokosflingor
1 msk rom
50 g hackad vit choklad
100 g mörk choklad med lakrits

1. Sätt ugnen på 175 grader.
2. Smält smöret och rör samman med alla andra ingredienser (förutom den mörka chokladen).
3. Låt smeten svälla ca 10 minuter
4. Forma smeten till toppar på en plåt med bakplåtspapper (det blev ca 20 st för mig)
5. Grädda i mitten av ugnen i ca 15 minuter
6. Smält den mörka chokladen och doppa sedan kokostopparna i den (när dom har svalnat förstås!).
