KORV BOMBAY MED RIS

4 personer
1 gul lök
1 äpple
Falukorv/Kalkonkorv (Korv kan bytas ut mot qournbitar)
2 tsk curry
2 msk vetemjöl
1/2 grönsaksbuljontärning
1 1/2 dl vatten
1 dl vispgrädde
400 g konserverade körsbärstomater
75 g sockerärtor (1/2 pkt)
Gör så här
  1. Koka ris enligt anvisningen på förpackningen.
  2. Hacka löken, tärna äpplet och strimla korven.
  3. Fräs löken mjuk i lite olja. Tillsätt curryn och rör i hop med löken. Häll över på en tallrik och bryn sedan korven. Häll tillbaka löken i pannan igen.
  4. Pudra över vetemjölet och smula ner buljontärningen. Rör ner vattnet och grädden. Tillsätt tomaterna och rör försiktigt så att tomaterna inte går sönder. Lägg ner sockerärtorna och äpplet. Låt koka några minuter.
