Jag är ruskigt bra på två saker…..att baka och göra otroligt goda drinkar.

Den här en riktig sommarfavorit:

FROZEN GRAPEFRUIT MARGARITA

Det här behöver du: (1 drink)

  • 4-6 cl ljus rom 
  • 3-4 jordgubbar (frysta funkar bra)
  • 2 cl pressad juice  från  grapefrukter
  • 1/2 tsk socker

Häll samtliga ingridienser i en blender tillsammans med 1,5 dl krossad is. Kör blendern i 20 sekunder. Servera i ett kylt cocktail- eller vinglas garnerat med en jordgubbe. Eventuellt kan du fixa en tjusig sockerrand runt glaset med färgat socker!
